After spending nearly two years completing my pre-medical post-baccalaureate coursework, I am currently interviewing for allopathic medical school! My ultimate dream is to take what I have learned (and continue to learn) from yoga and apply it to a career as a physician. Although teaching yoga is no longer my primary focus, I continue to teach yoga in private sessions to the residents of Maitri, and this past summer I taught yoga to pre-dental students at San Francisco State University. I remain open to other yoga teaching opportunities that might come my way!
